On the first day, walk or ride horses to the Laoniu Yard and walk to the Maogou Cave for camping. From the second day to the sixth day, climb Mount Erguniang (5454 meters above sea level) and other mountain peaks nearby. Return on the seventh day. Changping Valley:
Route 1: Take cars to Lama Temple for the first day, and walk or ride horses to Ganhaizi to camp; Climb the Mount Sanguniang (about 5664 meters above the sea level) and other mountain peaks nearby from the second day to the sixth day. Return on the seventh day.
Route 2: Take cars to Lama Temple on the first day, and walk or ride horses to Muluozi to camp; Climb the Mount Siguniang (about 6250meter above the sea level) and other mountain peaks nearby from the second day to the sixth day; Return on the seventh day.
