As Mount Siguniang is located in the plateau region, with the lowest altitude of 2,700m, most of its biomes are in high mountains, subalpine or cold areas with a high altitude. Amphibians are fewer compared with places at a relatively low altitude. According to the general survey, five species were found, the Cynops orientalis, Rana chensinensis, Amolops lifanensis, Batrachuperus karlschmidti and Batrachuperus pinchonii. Since the living environment of amphibians is special, it is limited in Mount Siguniang. According to the characteristics of the water environment in this region, Cynops orientalis, Rana chensinensis, Amolops lifanensis in the water environment below 4,500m are distributed at the highest altitude among the amphibian groups. In the water environment below 4,000m, the Batrachuperus karlschmidti and Batrachuperus pinchonii are distributed. According to the water distribution characteristics and biome characteristics of Mount Siguniang, the lowest altitude of the Mount Siguniang region is about 2,700~3,100m. This region is mainly distributed by the broad-leaved forests, and this region only refers to Shaba Village of Mount Siguniang. The water system of Shaba Village only passes by Wori River from the village. More time is needed to monitor and investigate whether there are other amphibian.
